Dear Susan

I cherish our friendship and deeply appreciate your talents and skill at getting the job done- down to the every little detail,  Thank you

Your vision of how to make our space nicer- your contacts for materials and labor, your putting yourself into harms way: going to places and meetings with people during COVID- Trouble shooting- being the ambassador-diplomat dealing with multi-temperaments- multiple personalities, holding my hand through decisions while juggling comings and goings of family- You are incredible!

May this season of light-warm you, brighten the darkness, spark inspiration and project a glow of hope that we can all be together soon.

Monty Krieger

Dearest Susan,

Several years ago you redesigned our kitchen and supervised its renovation and this past year, despite the many barriers generated by the COVID-19 pandemic, you did the same for our master bedroom and bathroom.

It is difficult to express fully our deep appreciation for all that you have done for us and our enormous respect for your professional skills (both technical and interpersonal). You have exceptional talent as a creative artist whose canvas is our home and also as a ‘get it done’ person whose organizational skills and devotion to excellence are as impressive as your caring heart. In short, you are amazing, and I hope you realize just how fantastic you are!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It was a pleasure to work with Susan Brisk. She used her expertise and creativity to transform a small closed-in kitchen into an open, flowing and more modern space. Susan is an amazing designer! In 2006, with a limited budget, she turned a very tired 70's kitchen into a tasteful bright inviting room. She had our old St. Charles cabinets repainted, changed the hardware and they looked like new. She had great lighting installed, changed the counter tops and sink. She chose magnificent pale green glass tile for the backsplash, setting them subway style and replaced old KenTile flooring with beautiful hard wood. Her carpenter added classy crown moldings that reflected the rest of the house and my favorite, a beautiful built-in bookcase for all my cook books. Susan is honest and creative. She brought excellent subs and was always here, making sure the job was completed in a timely manner. I cannot recommend Euro-Plus Design more highly. Nine years later I am still thrilled with the work!

Susan is an excellent and amazing designer. In 2004 she completely renovated our very large kitchen, when finished it was the state of arts and was featured in the magazine. Last year we again seeked out her help to renovate and redesign our master bath as well as gust bath, which again the final product is awesome!!!

Susan has a great eye and will pay attention to details. She was an excellent communicator with her general contractor. she made the whole process much less stressful and finish the work on time.

Susan Brisk beautifully and expertly designed our home renovation. Her crown achievement is the design award-winning kitchen she designed for us, with a gorgeous three-level island and towering two-tone cabinets, this inspired space successfully blends ergonomics, room flow and visual impact.  In the lower level, Susan turned a plain wall at the bottom of a stair run into a signature "wine wall" with back-lit bottle storage, a compact granite counter, and a down-lit wall for art. Susan transformed what was a dingy darkroom into a beautiful mini bar, with rainforest green granite counter top, hammered metal sink, and elegant custom cabinets. She has improved every room in our house, including 3 bathrooms, study, closets, and a media room/library. Susan has been available day and night, responsive to us at every step, and supervises every detail of a project. From sourcing and shopping for materials, to collaborating with and guiding construction professionals, she brings exemplary knowledge, good humor, and persistence. Susan's deep experience and boundless energy and love for her craft, coupled with her natural design talent and imagination, has also given us a tremendous education. We literally could not have done it without her. Susan is a pleasure to work with. We recommend her highly!

Susan Brisk began working with me over the summer to plan our kitchen renovation. My house is over 100 years old and located in Belmont, MA. When we moved here 17 years ago, there was no dishwasher and there were laminate counters. The kitchen had dark maple cabinets and had
little counter space. Susan had a vision of light colors- almond colored cabinets to blend with the marble floor and beautiful white quartz with gold specks. She envisioned a bright, roomy space with new appliances- a Bosch stainless refrigerator and stainless Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Her amazing partner David Ostrom came to plan the renovation and confirmed that he would build two new cabinets and would refinish and repaint all the other cabinets. We picked out quartz
material for the counter and created a seating area for two stools.

Susan helped me pick out all the materials over the summer and fall and David worked on the cabinets and cabinet painting. The work began right after Christmas, 2020 and was completed in 3 weeks! It was amazing. Susan visited the renovation many times and helped David and his son Andrew, who did all the painting, make many decisions during all phases of the construction. Susan works very closely with David, their electrician and plumber. The electrician transformed our space with beautiful recessed lighting. He also upgraded all the electrical systems throughout the house.

I can’t recommend Susan and her amazing team highly enough. She is always there and uses her wealth of technical, creative, design skills at every step of the project. In addition, Susan is so generous with her time and support. Susan has such a big heart and demonstrates so much knowledge about the best way to plan and execute every project. Susan is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her.

Thank you Susan for transforming our home! Now I can’t wait to cook and hang out in our kitchen.
